Variables and Items:
Summarize:
According on Figure 1 above on a journal conducted about
Electronic Logistics Marketplace. The name of theory is E-business, E-logistics
and the Environment. The founder of the theory is Julia Edwards, Yingli Wang,
Andrew Potter and Sharon Cullinane. The
years of publications of journal is January 2010. The definition of this
journal is about environmental the E-Logistics in marketplace. The impact of
environmental B2B marketplace. This journal is linked to the current situation
due to rapid development and competitive situation of emarketplace which can
cause negative sides that endanger the reputation of E-Marketplace. Provides a
general description of ELM operations although the exact functionality varies
from one sector to another. Most of the environmental benefits of using an ELM
may be related to the economic benefits. A main feature of open and closed ELMs
is their ability to use back loads well. Carriers will bid for return loads with
open systems, where the vehicle would otherwise be returning empty. This ad-hoc
method does not automatically provide an optimal solution but will reduce the
amount of empty goods vehicles operating. Back loading can be handled more
efficiently with a closed system, as openings can be considered while the
system is preparing the entire transport network. Hence it is possible to
achieve greater optimization.
Based on the research the variable that I find is age
(years), income, and education. These are the three of variable for this
journal. The age is between 20-36 years old and above. The income is about
below 30,000 to above 70,000. Last is education it including matriculation,
intermediate, bachelor, master, MPhil and PhD. Others than i find the
independent variable. The items is staff service quality. In staff service
quality it based on image, attitude and communication of e-logistic company
staff. Besides that, it provide facility to design websites and better
availability of information. Last is provide a better communication for staff
to communicate with customer which increase the service quality. Secondly is
the E-payment. E-Payment is the one function of the information communication
technology. E-payment also has a several key function such as security
The recommendation is e-logistics in e-marketplace is very important because of it can be save time with booking on web. Nowadays, people not worries to transport goods from Kuala Lumpur to another states or country. This platform very easy to people to create business or newbie in business. I recommend company courier must advance system to make easier who want use this platform just a few click only. For example, I recommend there is any courier company have one application and just use MyKad scan on application and people can use to shipping the goods.
